Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery options

• Standard delivery (5–7 business days): £4.99 or free on orders over £100
• Express delivery (2–3 business days): £9.99

International shipping

We currently ship to selected EU and international destinations. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country. These are not included in our prices and we are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Delivery timeframes

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if no delivery date is agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you are entitled to a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@abazmart.co.uk within 14 days and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
