Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
How to return an item
- Email us at sales@abazmart.co.uk or use our contact form to notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Goods must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exceptions — items that cannot be returned
- Sealed beauty, cosmetic, or hygiene products that have been opened (e.g., skincare, makeup, fragrances) — for health and hygiene reasons under Regulation 28(1)(e).
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods.
- Items on sale or marked as clearance (unless faulty).
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days and up to 6 months, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. We will cover return postage costs for faulty items.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Standard delivery charges are included in the refund for full order returns; we do not refund upgraded shipping costs.
